About
By day I'm a solutions engineer working with public-sector organizations on AI and automation. What interests me is how new technology actually fits inside regulated environments: what it adds, where it needs oversight, and how to design for both.
On the side I'm building a system for planning and reflection, with AI in a supporting role. I write on Substack and DJ as Chapman After Hours.
I live in Montréal. When I'm not at a screen I'm skiing, playing chess, or reading about the engineering behind theme parks. Some of that ends up in the gallery.
